The golden-glowing office giant draws attention: at once an abandoned site, a graffiti paradise, and a redevelopment project full of potential. The City of Nuremberg has seized the opportunity, acquiring both the building and the property. Now, the focus shifts to the future of the structure—repurposing, revitalization, and the architectural transformation of space.
While the city administration, supported by the Montag Foundation for Youth and Society, explores solutions for housing a vocational school (with a focus on design, health, and nutrition), we take a broader, more open approach to the site and its surroundings. Our goal: a comprehensive development of the entire property—one that shapes the neighborhood and resonates throughout the city.
